Excellent! Air Guitar (the “App”) is provided by Internets LLC (the “Company”). This document provides license information and practical guidance for using the App.

App License

The App is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Please read the agreement for the license terms, including its warranty, liability, and governing-law and jurisdiction provisions. Applicable consumer rights and other mandatory legal protections remain applicable.

Safe Use

• Wear your Apple Watch securely, use comfortable movements, and remain aware of nearby people and objects.
• Allow plenty of space when moving your hand or arm, and avoid forceful movements.
• Stop using the App if you experience discomfort or feel unwell.
• Do not play while driving or where movement or distraction could be unsafe.
